Harald leads the team at Witnesham Nursing Home and works hard to make the home feel welcoming, safe and comfortable for everyone who lives and works here. He values open communication and teamwork and is always keen to listen to residents, relatives and staff. He is dedicated to ensuring that every resident is treated with kindness, dignity and respect and feels genuinely at home.

Beverley Everitt

Clinical Lead Nurse & Deputy Manager

Beverley is our Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputy Manager at Witnesham Nursing Home, bringing over 27 years of clinical experience across the NHS, private healthcare, and international healthcare systems. She has worked in a wide range of settings, including emergency care, surgical and medical wards, outpatient clinics, and senior nursing leadership roles across the UK and the Middle East.

With previous roles including Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, and Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist with Emirates Airline Medical Services, Beverley combines exceptional clinical expertise with strong leadership and a calm, reassuring presence. She is highly experienced in managing teams, maintaining clinical governance standards, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Beverley is passionate about supporting both residents and staff, and is known for her meticulous approach, strong communication skills, and ability to stay composed under pressure. She plays a key role in audits, training, safeguarding, clinical oversight, and supporting GP and multidisciplinary working within the home.

Amanda Griffiths

Administrator

Amanda helps keep the home running smoothly and is often one of the first people families and visitors speak to. She supports relatives with enquiries, admissions and the practical arrangements involved in joining the home. Friendly, approachable and organised, Amanda is always happy to help point people in the right direction and make the process feel as straightforward as possible.

Eve Dring

Activity Co-ordinator

Eve brings energy, creativity and companionship to life at Witnesham Nursing Home. She spends time getting to know residents and understanding the activities, interests and social occasions they enjoy. From group events to quieter one-to-one moments, Eve helps residents stay involved, connected and able to enjoy meaningful experiences throughout the week.
